Empowering Women in Tech for International Women's Day

This event is organised by Tirana WIT community group to encourage the members of the community to motivate each other to study for certs, do some badges, and learn together.

As women we share common challenges, but as minority women we also face unique challenges and stigmas.

At the event we will discussing the topics that the day represents, with a focus on:

• challenge stereotypes,
• promoting positive visibility of women,
• celebrating women’s achievements,
• influencing others’ beliefs / actions.
