You can get a good overview of Flow Orchestrator in this Trailhead badge: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/orchestrator-basics
If you use Vs Code, then create the new flow in setup first as the Flow consists of two objects - the flow metadata and the flow definition, before copying the XML from the previous flow into the new one. You can also save As new flow then delete the bits you don’t want, which can be safer!
More free learning available at the end of April with TrailblazerDX. Free online session from 27-28th April PST, (April 28-29, 3am start in NZST) - with about 40 sessions streaming live from 08:00-17:00 PST. Around 80 sessions from the in-person experience will be recorded and available to watch later. The in person conference is at Moscone in downtown San Francisco with early bird discounts. You can also add a 4-day learning bootcamp that includes the opportunity to take 2 certifications before the start of the conference (note the bootcamp is onsite in San Francisco only)
