Salesforce MVP and Salesforce Principal
Senior Creative Director, Trailhead
Miranda Ragland is the Founder of M7 Unlimited, a registered Salesforce ISV Partner. She is a 3x certified Salesforce Professional with 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, former co-founder of two prior companies, as well as a User Group Leader. When not behind the keyboard designing and implementing solutions, Miranda is a movie and pop culture aficionado, an LGBT rights activist, and she enjoys spending time with her 3 children playing outdoors, assisting with STEM projects, as well as building LEGO kits.
Shonnah Hughes is a Salesforce MVP with over a decade of experience. A champion for social justice and impact; she brings solution awareness with Trust and Expertise to complex problems and products.
Product Evangelist with Getfeedback, Salesforce MVP and Co-Founder of PepUp Tech.
Toya is a Salesforce consultant with over 10 years of experience. She moved to DC in 2016 thanks to the Salesforce community. She is a 4x Salesforce MVP and is a Principal at Slalom Consulting. She made the leap to consulting after 8 years as an admin because she wanted to be challenged and learn something new. She wanted to force herself to be uncomfortable – consulting definitely does that! She’s heavily involved in the Salesforce community: co-leader of Salesforce Women in Tech Diversity, speaker at community conferences & events (World Tours, Southeast Dreamin’, Midwest Dreamin’, India Dreamin’ & Dreamforce so far) and wants to be known for making an impact on the world around her. She especially wants Black women to know that there is a place in the technology ecosystem for them; that they can show up in all of these spaces where people aren’t expecting us to be and thrive!
