If you're a Salesforce Administrator who's dealt Activities before, but never had direct experience of working in a Sales role, chances are you consider Activities in Salesforce to be a nuisance and/or don't have much appreciation for them. This session strives to provide a fresh perspective to Admins who don't own or never wore a sales hat before, their objectives of use in daily practice, the numerous technical caveats associated with Activities(the reasons we Admins hate them!), how to address or workaround said caveats, and hopefully enlightens Admins of why tackling this finicky part of Salesforce in your Org will help your Users and the company overall.

Introducing the Scaredy Cat Database: a revolutionary Salesforce dev org demo designed to help people with phobias navigate movies and TV shows. Cataloging phobic moments, disgust levels, phobia names, and trigger time stamps, it allows users to determine which shows are safe to watch, which to avoid, and which scenes to fast-forward. This demo will showcase how the Scaredy Cat Database enhances the viewing experience for individuals with phobias, providing peace of mind. Discover how to leverage Salesforce Experience Cloud to make this information publicly accessible, display records seamlessly, and create a user-friendly screen flow for new entries. Learn a clever workaround to show Salesforce fields and public-friendly data to external Community Users, transforming media consumption for those with phobias.
