It covers current Claude models and walks through two connection methods: Claude Code (via the command line for developers) and Claude Cowork (via MCP connectors for non-developers), showing you exactly how to wire the systems together and what they can achieve.
This session shows you how to connect Claude to your Salesforce org and use SKILL.md to build repeatable workflows.
We'll start with a quick tour of the current Claude models, then walk through the different ways to make the connection depending on how you work: developers driving Claude from the command line with Claude Code, and non-developers using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors.
You'll leave knowing how to wire Claude up to Salesforce and what it can do once it's there.
