This virtual event is all about you and how you can be a better YOU. So to help you we are bringing Yoga and Meditation at the comfort of your home, you can participate along with your family and friends and take the benefit of this opportunity to do Yoga with the community.

Yoga builds strength and flexibility. It also makes us more aware of our breath, which ultimately helps to relax and calm the body and mind. People who practice regularly often notice that they are happier, have better focus and are able to handle the challenges of everyday life.

Similarly, Meditation helps to live in the moment by being aware of our breath.
