Use Apex Design Patterns, you must. The Force is strong within you.

Salesforce Developer Group, Dallas, United States

About this event

Design Patterns are the foundation of any effective large-scale code undertaking.  Most developers never consciously think about the architecture of their code in these formal terms.

The patterns that find their way into a Salesforce ORG mostly do so intuitively.  However, For many years now, Design Patterns have kept the largest ORGs out of trouble.  Come learn (all from an SFDC point of view) how a Factory is different from a Facade, and when to use a Composite; and why a Singleton is not a lonely guy on New Year's Eve.

If you want to push your SFDC developer career into the the rarefied strata of "Salesforce Technical Architect," you should know this stuff.

Join us for Pizza and Beer (and Cake), and we might even learn something.

See you on Wednesday.
