Today (April 9th), Salesforce will announce the new Salesforce Platform Mobile Services. Look for the </a><a href="http://www2.developerforce.com/mobile">press releases. Every single DUG organizer around the world has been prepping for Mobile Developer Week, and we are no different.
For our general meeting this month (April 24th, 2013), we have secured Samantha Ready, SFDC Evangelist for the developer community. For this event, your Dallas leadership committee is looking for help in the following areas:
(1)  help organize/run the google hangout on-air meeting so that DUGees around the world can join us.
(2)  Promotions.  Get the word out.  If you have a knack for media/twitter/facebook promotion, I WANT TO TALK TO YOU.
(3) Logistics. Wifi must work, caterer must be on-the-mark, and signs must be posted on street corners so people know how to find us.
More details coming soon, but for now - mark your calendar for this event! This is the first time that the Salesforce DUGs have met for an event such as this, and you do not want to miss out!
