Lightning Ninja in Training: Components

Sep 28, 2016, 11:30 PM – Sep 29, 2016, 1:30 AM (UTC)

Salesforce Developer Group, Dallas, United States

This month's session on Lightning is number 2 of 3.  Last month we looked at how to prepare for your company's move to Lightning.  This month, we will dip our toes into the basics of Component construction.  Don't be frightened away by the Ninja reference.  We will start slow and cover the different elements that go into making a Component.  This tutorial will be beneficial to Devs and Admins.

About this event

This month's session on Lightning is number 2 of 3.  Last month we looked at how to prepare for your company's move to Lightning.  This month, we will dip our toes into the basics of Component construction.  Don't be frightened away by the Ninja reference.  We will start slow and cover the different elements that go into making a Component.  This tutorial will be beneficial to Devs and Admins.  Regardless of whether you intend to build your own Components, you should know this stuff!

If you have not already started, start going through the Lightning units in Tralhead (here then here) .

We will unveil plans for the Dallas Salesforce Dinner at Dream force (for those who are planning on attending Dreamforce '16), and the Dallas Dreamforce Watch Party (for those who will not be in San Francisco).

As always, we will have cake and libations apre-meeting. This time, we'll make sure that all presenters are in town well before the meeting start time, so we don't have to have to have an apre-cake&libations-meeting. ;)

Lots going on this month...the last meeting before Dreamforce.  Plan on attending!

See you there!
