In addition, I successfully twisted DUGee Kathir Radhakrishnan arm to share Intuit's tricks and techniques on how to leverage Salesforce Service Cloud advanced features like SOS, Omni Channel, and Glance to provide One-way Video, Screen share, and Annotate to help solve a Customer problem with live chat.

We will also have the Salesforce Academic Alliance in attendance.  If you've ever wanted to teach for Salesforce, come meet the insiders! What they have planned for SFDC education in higher ed. will blow you away.
