AI Summary

Marketing Cloud poses unique challenges when it comes to separating development work from production due to its lack of traditional test servers or sandboxes. Have you faced these challenges? How have you managed quality control without these tools?

I also recently came across an alert while sending test emails that said, "test sends count towards our message credits" (which I wasn't aware we had - checking with our Rep), but how did you continue testing before a launch of a campaign? Steps?

We would love to hear about any strategies or frameworks you've implemented to simulate a testing environment. Sharing experiences could be invaluable for us to improve workflow and ensure seamless project execution. Looking forward to hearing your insights and experiences!

We can discuss more tonight but I have usually seen Salesforce recommend implementing separate business units for testing purposes and/or purchasing a second Production Org. I have more info I can share in person! Great topic.
