We want to hear from you—what do you think is the best format for Salesforce community groups moving forward?
How can we continue to improve the hybrid meeting experience for both in-person and virtual attendees?
I highly value the opportunity to meet the Salesforce professionals in my community face-to-face, but it isn't always possible to attend every meeting in person due to scheduling. My go-to is in person as its much easier to participate in the conversations.
In person meetings are best (and easiest in some ways), Virtual has become easy. The hardest is hybrid. I think it's great if we can accommodate it, but I feel like, to make it the most useful, we need someone who is on virtually to be a facilitator.
There are some things they can do to make sure everything is working, to act as a messaging go-between as needed (perhaps having another messaging platform to send a note to the in-person organizer if needed). And even to facilitate some discussion of the people on virtually (let's say, when everyone else is mingling in person, eating, etc).
I'd volunteer, but I like the in person meetings too much, so I'm not attending virtually anymore.
