Our main purpose is to ensure our customer’s voices are heard about our products and to gather insights to take back to our product teams to improve our products.
We are always looking for admins, developers, end users, consultants, ISVs, etc. to join our program and sign up for specific research that pertains to your job duties.
These studies usually consist of surveys and/or 1-on-1 interviews and, if your organization allows us to, we do incentivize for your time!
While we are always looking for new people, we specifically need more people who are using Data Cloud, Agentforce, Field Service, Commerce & Revenue, just to name a few. If that’s you, we need your feedback!
