We will be reviewing how to create a basic customer and partner community portal using Salesforce Communities and how to use embedded chat within the community. Again, this month will be a virtual meeting.

We will also touch on Knowledge, Einstein Article Recommendations, Einstein Case Classification, and Einstein Bots and how they can enhance the digital experience.
