Davanti Consulting have kindly offered to host the June meeting of the Wellington Salesforce User Group, the company presenting is ECL Group.  

ECL Group is a leading technical services company specialising in fuel systems, electronic security, technology solutions, compliance services and site care.

The ECL Group will take us through their transformation journey which has involved the consolidation of 6 business units onto one set of tools. They will cover the issues with this and how they have used Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Management and Customer Communities to drive business transformation. Added to this they are currently in the process of implementing Financialforce so are looking to have their entire business on the Salesforce Platform.
