In this session, we’ll discuss what makes up an operational core, how to improve it, and how to sustain its strength. In particular, we’ll focus on databases and how these can make or break operational excellence.
Organizations with strong operational cores are able to engage and serve their constituents at a higher-quality and at scale. In this session, we’ll discuss how Salesforce strategy and practices can help teams achieve and maintain operational excellence. We'll discuss what a healthy CRM looks like and the value it can bring, using examples from other nonprofits who have had success. Topics covered will include leadership engagement, CRM resourcing, and accountability.
This session will be interactive-- attendees will have opportunities to engage with each other to discuss their challenges, questions, and feedback. It’s recommended for people in leadership roles who are responsible for overseeing or in some way directing organizational operations and Salesforce admins.
