Spring '19 Release Highlights
Did you know that three times a year Salesforce has a major product release? These releases include critical information about new functionality, functionality that is no longer being supported, and updates to bug and fixes. The Spring ’19 release was deployed to your Salesforce instance by February 8, and the release notes are 436 pages long!
Instead of stressing about reading all the release notes to understand what’s applicable to your org, join me to walk through the highlights. We will look at updates from Salesforce.com and NPSP.
Soapbox Engage
Learn how organizations have optimized their online fundraising pages and Salesforce to increase the effectiveness of their online fundraising using Soapbox Engage!
There are three key levers to increasing your online fundraising effectiveness: increase traffic, improve your conversion rate, or increase the average gift. During our user group meeting, we’ll walk through examples and case studies showing how small nudges using tools like Soapbox Engage can help improve your organization’s online giving efforts while reducing in-house headaches with automated integrations with Salesforce’s NPSP.
