Building Lightning Components
When Lightning Components first came out, I was very excited about learning about Aura JavaScript framework. The component-based and event-driven architecture that natively integrate with Apex really appealed to me as well. I built a POS-like form app using 4 Lightning Components in a Lightning Page for a Lodge Resort. However, I felt that I wasn’t taking advantage of re-usability benefits of component-based architecture and I combined the app into one component. I would like to share how I did it as 4 components and as one combined component.
