You’re invited to join us for the Fall meeting of the Upper Midwest Higher Education Salesforce User Group on Friday October 4 at St. Norbert College in Green Bay, WI. This meeting will provide opportunities to meet and network with other Salesforce Higher Ed users as well as in-depth discussions and sessions about Higher Education and CRM. There is no cost for this event.

You’re invited to join us for the Fall meeting of the Upper Midwest Higher Education Salesforce User Group on Friday October 4 at St. Norbert College in Green Bay (De Pere), WI.  All meetings will take place in the Bemis Conference Center (building #22 on this campus map https://www.snc.edu/about/docs/campusmap.pdf)
This is our first-ever meeting in Wisconsin, and the event will provide opportunities to meet and network with other Salesforce Higher Ed users as well as in-depth discussions and sessions about Higher Education and CRM.  There is no cost for this event.

3:40 PM	Keynote - Higher Ed Success With Salesforce	Hear from several schools that are using Salesforce and the lessons they have learned and the keys to their success. Also learn about the latest Salesforce product updates for Higher Education and new features in the Winter 2020 release.

We'll get hands on with features like utility bar, macros, mass quick actions, quick text, and more.

7:10 PM	Student Success and Salesforce Advisor Link - SAL (Joshua Harder, Salesforce.org)	In this session I will present and demo Student Success and Salesforce Advisor Link (SAL). With Student Success, I’ll show you how you can gain a complete student view and build stronger relationships with your students. One of the key components of student success is the student-advisor relationship. With SAL I’ll show you how advisors interact with students to foster those strong relationships using SAL’s single-screen interface to manage appointments, facilitate conversations, use early alerts to proactively engage, and create actionable/trackable plans.
