The Journey to Go Live (Cameron Aisenbrey, Iowa State University Foundation)
Over the course of three years, the Iowa State University Foundation plans to make the move from Agilon One to Salesforce. As of Summer 2020, we have officially launched Phase I and have went live. This first phase includes the formation in Salesforce of donor information, giving data, funding opportunities, and stewardship/engagement. Learn more about our three phase approach to adoption, our work with a Salesforce partner, the development of our first phase, and how a pandemic may have thrown a curveball into the launch, but it didn’t stop go live from coming in May 2020.

Integrations and Master Data Models (Nick Lindberg, Carlson School of Management at University of Minnesota)
Our Salesforce implementation has been centered on integrations to get a 360 degree view of corporate relations. During this session we will speak about how we are using Dell Boomi to move data from source systems into Salesforce. We'll also speak to the use cases when a school should consider Master Data Hub to manage the companies and contacts across multiple sources.
