The Office of Admissions at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities share how they utilize several salesforce platforms, including Pardot, Visits/Events, and Conga, to engage and maximize the student experience and efficiently communicate with them.

Transfer Students: Syllabus Course Review - Students interested in transferring credit to the University of St. Thomas are required to supply official documentation to have their previously completed coursework evaluated for credit. Come learn how Salesforce has allowed us to move a very manual, paper-driven process, to a more streamlined electronic process that allows for a simplified submission, enhanced data analytics, and a new level of transparency.
