Jim DeSando will demonstrate using Process Builder to solve the following requests:

1.)   At TUG PB when an opportunity is Won the following 2 actions need to be done:

• Create a follow-up Task for to check in with the customer:
• Assigned to the Field Person for the account
• Due Date – based on the estimated shipping time
• Type – set to Purchase Follow-up
• Subject – set to Follow-up with customer for “Opportunity Name”
• Update the primary contact – ensure they are tagged as “Sold to”

2.)  TUG PB would like to have Customer Report Types for Activities (Tasks/Events) but the “Type” field is not available.

• Create a Type for Reporting field for Activities and have it updated if type is updated- add it to the Activity Custom Report Type
  

3.)  TUG PB would also like to show and report the number of times an opportunity is pushed*            

• Create a field to show and report this metric; automate its population 

* (Pushed is defined as the close Date moving into a future month, moving the close date within or to an earlier moth is not counted)
