Wear the Consultant Hat

A key inflection point in any Salesforce Admin/Developer’s growth is to be able to think like a Consultant. Irrespective of how technical the career path is, one has to be able to understand the business needs first. And, the best way to learn to be a Consultant is to actually be a Consultant. This highly interactive workshop will allow you to do exactly that!

This is a role-play based session where the participants play the role of Consultants, while the presenter plays the role of a Customer with a business problem to solve. Through the session, the participants will understand the business needs of the Customer, ask questions to clarify requirements, and together come up with an optimal solution design. In the final section, the speaker will provide feedback, share best practices, and give some tips & tricks for the Consultant role.
