Over the course of this interactive class, you will:

- Understand your unique response to challenging situations and setbacks

- Discover different ways to move towards resilience in a variety of situations

- Walk away with actionable tools to implement what you've learned at work every day

Instructions for joining:

1. Be on time! This is an interactive workshop, and being more than 10 minutes late will disrupt the experience for others.

2. Video participation is required for class. You'll be in breakout rooms with another person throughout the class.

3. Join from your own device (computer, tablet, or phone). Please no more than one person per device.

4. You will need to be in a quiet space where you can have your video on and speak out loud.

5. Activate your account. Check your email for an email from “Coa Team." Activate your account through the link in the email, and you'll have access to the digital exercises that you'll use during class time.

6. When class starts and after you’ve activated your account, open up your digital exercises.
