Whenever a user commonly known as a Sales or a Support person (especially dangerous ones can hide behind other job titles) uses their keyboard to enter a spell into their Salesforce org or clicks their magic mouse, things go wrong: processes get broken, code starts displaying red error messages and data suddenly becomes messy or even disappears....
