How to find and work with a Salesforce Partner

Sep 27, 2017, 6:00 – 8:00 AM

About this event

Most Not For Profit using Salesforce will need to draw on the expert resources of a Salesforce Partner from time to time, for tasks such as building new functionality, migrating data from another application, or just day-to-day support. There are a wide spectrum of partners to choose from, big and small, including some the specialise in NFPs to others that have customers in a broader range of industries.

This session focuses on how to choose the right partner, and then how to work effectively with them to achieve your desired result.

The first part of the meeting with feature brief presentations two representatives from partners with extensive experience with NFPs.

In the second part of the session, we will thank Anand and Jarrod, and ask them (and any other partners present) to leave the room while we have a round-table on real-life experiences with partners, talking about what has worked and what has gone wrong.
