In truth, stakeholders are generally responsible for not only the project budget, but your project success. Whether you're an admin, architect or consultant, knowing who ALL of your stakeholders are and how to convert them into your cheerleaders, is key. This talk will give you some methods on how to communicate to get people excited about your project, stop naysayers in their tracks and prevent seagulls from swooping and pooping on your efforts!
