Nonprofit Success Pack is the industry-standard Salesforce app for nonprofits. It forms the basis of most recent implementations of Salesforce for nonprofits and has been developing rapidly in recent years. This session will brief you on the background of the NPSP (currently in Version 3), update you on key features, best practices and optimisation ideas. This session will also cover what's new at Salesforce for NFP's.

Our speaker will be KC Fonzi from Salesforce. KC is a Senior Solutions Engineer with a particular focus on Fundraising and the NFP Sector. KC comes most recently from Blackbaud Pacific, where he served as a Principle Consultant, Solutions Engineer and Solutions Architect for the past 4 years. Prior to that, KC has over a decade of experience working for NFPs and Universities in the US. KC is passionate about helping charities to transform the way they do business, to serve their mission, their donors, and the recipients of their noble causes.
