Mike Peppou will reprise his presentation from 2018 World Tour (Originally titled "Become a Connected Nonprofit with Salesforce.org") where he takes a chronological journey through Starlight's use of Salesforce, sharing tips and lessons learned.

Starlight has been live with Salesforce for almost 5 years and uses it across all aspects of operations, transforming many processes along the way. 

The pace of the presentation will allow plenty of time for questions  discussion, and for you to share your own experience. Whether you are new to Salesforce, or are well into your journey, there is always something to learn from real user experience.
