About this event

We have rescheduled January Meeting that was cancelled due to unavailability of the speaker.

Our February meeting will showcase Salesforce Content Management System (CMS). This is a brand new Salesforce product available to all customers at no additional cost. it is designed to help empower teams, from novices to experts, to create content, and then it deliver to any channel – all connected to customer data.

Salesforce CMS is a unified, shared service across all of Salesforce, serving as the content management center of gravity for all experiences across the Customer 360, including Commerce, Marketing, Communities, and Heroku. And because it’s a Hybrid CMS, it can also serve content in a headless manner to any digital touchpoint outside of Salesforce.

Salesforce CMS is free for every Salesforce customer. Currently (as of Winter 20’ release), any customer with a core org can simply access the Salesforce CMS App in LEX and then jump into a Content Workspace. This is the command center to where you create, organize, manage, you content, as well as decide which channels you wish to syndicate that content.
