Mike has almost 30 years experience in the financial services industry, in business development, dealing, product development and management roles. He has developed an international perspective on the industry, having spent 7 years in Asia and 6 years based in Switzerland.
He is a certified Salesforce Administrator, Developer and Sales Cloud Consultant . He has a degree in Applied Sciences from the UK Defence Academy, an MBA in Finance from Warwick Business School and professional Diplomas from ICMA, the International Capital Markets Association and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, in the UK.
Florent Bourbon express bio:
Florent Bourbon has been working in the Software industry in Switzerland for the last 10 years. He started as a developer at IBM for 5 years to pursue his career as an IT architect in the same company. In 2013, Florent decided to join Salesforce as a technical Sales to take part in the company growth. He is now an account executive in charge of some customers in Western Switzerland. He is a certified advanced Salesforce administrator and Salesforce developer.
