Please join us for an open discussion about Flow. Ramona McCook has graciously agreed to come and share her knowledge on the subject. She will be discussing Salesforce Flow with Process Builder and will walk through a high overview of what a Flow is and how it works with custom buttons and Process Builder. She will also be giving a short demo of how to create a Flow that collects data from the user and then creates a record. Lunch will be provided.
Ferguson Roofing has two buildings on Garfield. The one on the corner of Scudder and Garfield is the residential building. The meeting will be held about two blocks up the street from that building in the commercial office. Parking allowed in the lot or on the street.

Almost two years ago, I was looking to join a company that made me feel like part of a team. That’s when I found ZeroDay. After three years of gaining experience in IT, project management and administration skills, I knew I had found the home for me. More than just colleagues, my team members at ZeroDay and the Keeley Companies became my family.When I joined the ZD team, I began as a report developer working with SQL Server, SSRS and Crystal report to help people get Accounting data. My past work equipped me with vast experience in implementing a company’s new ERP program by serving as the internal project manager/business analyst.Always welcoming new challenges, I never turned down the chance to learn new skills. After all, everything that comes your way is an opportunity for you to expand your career. When asked to assist with SharePoint and the implementation of Salesforce I knew it would be a challenge, but I was ready. This has led me here today as your new Director of IT/User Experience to guide you through our Salesforce plans.As a project manager on this new task, I plan on serving as your administrator for Salesforce software to help integrate and implement the technology into our workflow management. Through this, we can begin to document our business processes and continue to grow our marketing, sales and partnership pipeline. We're in this together, but I'm here to lead the charge.
