Legrand internal Business Development department subscribes to construction data that is imported into Salesforce daily and are used as leads. The problem statement was: The data was sometimes found to be inaccurate and the department had lost confidence in it's usability. Through several iterations, Legrand eventually turned to Chatter to improve the confidence level of the department as well as improve the response time and data quality.
