Presented by Mike Martin & Joe Fiega Have you been longing for that cool new user interface with a bunch of cool new features every release, but feel the transition will be a daunting task? Are you worried about how your users will accept and adopt the new interface? Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Join us to learn how to harness the power of the Lightning Experience. We’ll review some new features, as well as functionality that has helped bring Lightning Experience to feature parity with classic. We’ll also help you think through the organizational change required to roll out lightning experience, including communication plans and how best to train users. In this session you’ll learn how to optimize both your Salesforce Org as well as your organization for the switch to Lightning Experience Every software application has powerful features that are commonly overlooked and underutilized. In this session we'll host a high-speed demo of our favorite core features, discuss best practices, and show you how simple configuration changes can dramatically enhance your user's experience. Plus we'll highlight the easter eggs that you haven't noticed but will want to begin using immediately.
