Jeff Grosse grew up in Green Bay and went to school at UW-Stout before starting in the realm of customer service and technical support. After years of using very sub-par CRM and case management systems, he learned about Salesforce and hasn't looked back since. He has been a Salesforce Administrator, user group leader, blogger, Dreamforce speaker, Salesforce MVP, and for the past 17 years, he has implemented Salesforce and advised more than 200 companies on how to get more from their investment. He is currently a Principal Strategist of Innovation at Traction on Demand, where he has worked for the past three years. His enthusiasm for Service Cloud and building customer loyalty shines through almost any conversation you might have with him. Jeff now lives in St Paul, Minnesota with his wife, kids, and dogs, and he enjoys being a sponge for learning all he can from podcasts, books, tech blogs, apps, and more.
