After spending 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, advising companies on enterprise technologies, and how to apply the Salesforce platform to solve business problems, Desanka now leads the North American team of Solution Engineers, Product Specialists in Salesforce’s Service Cloud. She is based in San Francisco, CA.

Desanka holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Ss Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia and a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the HAAS School of Business in Berkeley, California.
