May 6, 10:00 PM – May 7, 12:00 AM (UTC)
Serviceblazer Community Group (AMER)
Join the Serviceblazer (AMER) User Group for a discussion on how Service Cloud experience will become the foundation for the next-generation workforce in the age of AI. A successful Salesforce career doesn't require a computer science degree. You need empathy, a desire to keep learning, and humanity to blaze your trail to your next opportunity.
Learning how to use, design, and deploy Service Cloud to drive more business value is becoming a highly valued skill in the age of AI. Agentforce Service Agent technology for self-service has emerged as one of the most well-defined use cases for AI, but its success or failure depends on the skills and experience of the humans helping customers today.
Similarly, User Adoption in Service Cloud comes with some unique considerations. As an Admin, Manager, Business Analyst, or otherwise, feedback, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the day-to-day experience of Service Reps are a must if your Org is going to be successful. AI readiness is dependent on learning your users so AI can learn from them.
This virtual User Group meeting will share stories of how Serviceblazers have advanced their careers by learning to help more customers through process improvements and by utilizing Service Cloud technology to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up more time to focus on building relationships with customers.
Hear career advice from Vanessa Grant, long-time co-host of the Salesforce Career Show Podcast, consider new ways to interpret common Service Cloud KPIs in a series of head-to-head mini-debates between Serviceblazers, and more!
