Custom Web-2-Any Object, Trigger Frameworks, Testing Components with Jasmine JS

About this event

Team!

We have our next meetup on the books and it's going to be a tech doozie!

Trevor is going to start us off by sharing a custom piece of code he created to mimic the Web-2-Lead/Case on any object, something that's been on the idea exchange for quite some time! He will also go over his (What I dub) "Meta Framework", a combination of Framework methodologies that he has been using to write clean and well administered code. (As if that exists --  Just kidding, it's going to be awesome!)

Next Santosh will be giving us the 411 (Not 911 hopefully) on testing lightning components with Jasmine JS. Lightning Components require an equal level of unit testing to server side Apex code if you want to maintain resilient deployments. We will be stepping through a live demo of testing a Lightning component application, showing you how to write unit tests for Lightning Components, and then execute those tests in-browser using Jasmine to see testing in action.

We hope to see you there!

Cheers,

AJ
