Francesca Donaghy

Salesforce

Fran joined Salesforce in 2005. In her current role as Principal Success Manager she ensures customers are successful and get the full benefit from their investment in Salesforce. This is achieved by identifying customer who need help and provide them with the resources to improve adoption, best practice and product usage. As a member of the Success Team, Fran works with customer's on a 1-2-1 basis and deliver 1-2-Many programs such as Circles of Success, Webinars and Workshops. Fran has also been a Senior Instructor, training end users and system administrators.

Justus van den Berg

Justus has been working in the Salesforce technical domain since 2010. He specialises in Force.com platform development with a focus on system integration, primarily within in the financial services industry.In his current role he is part of the developer/architect team within Barclays, yet he thinks his role is best described as a “technical jack of all trades”. He strives to deliver robust, scalable and high quality technical solutions that will last in the constantly changing technical landscape.

Duncan Turner

Duncan is a partner at law firm CMS, with over fifteen years’ experience as a technology lawyer. Duncan’s experience includes advising clients on the negotiation of a range of IT and commercial contracts, including outsourcing agreements, software development and licensing agreements and SaaS contracts. Duncan also specialises in data protection law, including advising clients on how to prepare for the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
