Francesca Donaghy

Fran joined Salesforce in 2005. In her current role as Principal Success Manager she ensures customers are successful and get the full benefit from their investment in Salesforce. This is achieved by identifying customer who need help and provide them with the resources to improve adoption, best practice and product usage. As a member of the Success Team, Fran works with customer's on a 1-2-1 basis and deliver 1-2-Many programs such as Circles of Success, Webinars and Workshops. Fran has also been a Senior Instructor, training end users and system administrators.

Michelle Teehan

Michelle is a Training Specialist with almost 20 years experience, working with both public and private sector. She's been with Saleforce for 4 years and is a Senior Account Executive for Training & Change Management with Salesforce University. She specialises in designing strategic end to end training and certification plans for all roles from End Users to Technical Architects.

Simon Driscoll

Simon has been the Salesforce Adoption Lead for Arthur J. Gallagher the 4th largest Insurance Broker in the world since July 2015 and Leader of the Scotland Salesforce User Group since 2013. He has been working with the Salesforce application since 2009, within the admin, development and business strategy areas across the Sales, Service and Customer Portal platforms.  Having recently migrated the UK side of the business to the Lightning Platform, he understands the challenges in what to do and what not to do.

Lorraine Nicol

Lorraine is the Partner Manager for CloudCall and has been part of the Salesforce ecosystem for over 3 years.  Utilising Salesforce within a Sales and Partner Management capacity, she understands the importance of accurate data, forecasting and opportunity management. Lorraine was so inspired by the Salesforce community success spirit that she now leads the Midlands User group, bringing people together to share their knowledge and experience.

Pamela is Business Operations Engineer at FreeAgent, which provides UK online accounting software made specifically for freelancers, small business owners and their accountants. She is solely responsible for all things Salesforce related at FreeAgent. Currently, this includes training and support for a growing number of users, customising Salesforce to align with evolving business processes, and the management of integrations with 3rd party systems. She also advises FreeAgent on how best to use Salesforce to achieve company goals and gain insight into customer data

She joined Salesforce University  last year coming from an extensive telecommunications & software background including Apple. As a member of Salesforce University she works with customers to ensure the internal customer experience drives adoption, through stakeholder engagement & communication.
