Francesca Donaghy

Salesforce

Fran joined Salesforce in 2005. In her current role as Principal Success Manager she ensures customers are successful and get the full benefit from their investment in Salesforce. This is achieved by identifying customer who need help and provide them with the resources to improve adoption, best practice and product usage. As a member of the Success Team, Fran works with customer's on a 1-2-1 basis and deliver 1-2-Many programs such as Circles of Success, Webinars and Workshops. Fran has also been a Senior Instructor, training end users and system administrators.

David Bonner

David is Head of Product Management at Rant & Rave where he is responsible for all aspects of product strategy and roadmap. Rant & Rave specialise in customer engagement, and believe that capturing the emotion a customer feels after they interact with a brand is central to that brands future success. We're proud to count half the FTSE as our clients and are excited to now have our solution integrated to Salesforce. You could say David is head of the Scotland office for Rant & Rave, but that's just because he is the only one sensible enough to live here.

Jon Craven

Jon is a Sales Manager at CloudCall. He has had over 15 years' experience within the communications and IT industries, specialising in data centre, VoIP and CRM technologies. Many of CloudCall’s Salesforce users from all over the globe have taken advantage of his wealth of knowledge and he has been able to help many companies successfully improve their processes by utilising the best that technology has to offer. Jon has never met his namesake, but hopes that he looks slightly better in a retro tank-top.

Paul Cathcart

Paul is lead Salesforce.com Consultant / Admin for Standard Life UK Pensions & Savings.  His role combines BAU support & configuration changes for the existing Salesforce users alongside providing internal colleagues across the business with consultancy on how best to utilise Salesforce solutions to achieve company priorities.More recent projects include supporting Salesforce integrations with IBM Marketing Cloud, Tableau data visualization tool and a 3rd party ETL data specialist.

Louise Cardwell

Louise is the the Global CRM System Administrator for Maptek a leading provider of innovative software, hardware and services for the global mining industry. Working from the Edinburgh office supporting 200 global Salesforce users. With involvement of subscription renewal opportunities and some customer support cases. She took on local (Europe and Africa) Salesforce Administrator duties in January 2013, with being promoted to her current role in October 2015.

Gary McGeorge

Gary started his career working in a development and support role to a range of Fortune 500 companies. He took this experience of working through the full cycle of enterprise technology needs, and set up his own business with his co-directors. Gary has been a Director at Desynit since 2000. He has a honours degree in Computing Science and is PRINCE2 qualified. Gary also holds the Salesforce Administrator certificate.
