Come and join us for our first Virtual Online User Group Meeting. This informal get together will look to discuss current Salesforce hot topics, share customer success stories and have our first online virtual pub quiz. Whist current in-person gatherings are on hold for the next while please come along and continue the conversations virtually on Zoom, with the Scotland community group.

About this event

Come and join us for our first Virtual Online User Group Meeting.  With all things COVID19 related putting a halt to in person meetings for the next while, we have arranged this session to keep the conversation going around all things Salesforce. This will be held on Zoom with join in details to follow nearer the event.

The provisional agenda below will look to combine information sharing on current hot Salesforce topics, along with our first online pub quiz – with a mix of Salesforce, general knowledge and music Qs to test you all – with some swag based prizes available for the winners! And in true pub quiz fashion, please feel free to bring along any drink of your choice along, even if this is a BYOB!

3:00 PM	Salesforce Summer 20 Highlights	A short discussion on some of key useful features from Summer 2020 release.
3:15 PM	Customer Story - Aegon: Use of Salesforce over Covid19	Listen to Michael Lambert (Analytics Manager) from Aegon discuss how the company have leveraged Salesforce technology to deliver rapid improvements to new challenges faced by Covid 19 - including an accelerated introduction of web chat and other service based improvements.
3:45 PM	Pub Quiz part 1	Join in the fun for our first pub quiz, just bring along your smartphone to join. Have your wits about you for Salesforce and non Salesforce related Qs in store.
4:15 PM	TrailheaDX Highlights	Hear about some of the new features discussed by Salesforce as part of their June 2020 TrailheaDX - including new Salesforce Anywhere App & highlights from Q&A with Salesforce Product Leaders.
4:30 PM	Pub Quiz part 2	We will end with a second round of the pub quiz, this time your musical skills will be called into play!
5:00 PM	Post event drinks and chat	Although the usual post event drinks and networking are on hold for now, we will keep conversation going a bit longer online for anyone who wishes to stay.
