Three Minutes a Day to Play - End User Training to Beat Fear and Get Results

Aug 9, 2017, 7:00 – 8:30 PM (UTC)

Salesforce Nonprofit User Group, San Francisco, United States

About this event

Your end users say they’re going to login to Salesforce, but they never do! What’s going on? Research shows there’s real biological fear at work. In this session, you’ll learn how to break user training into small digestible chunks to outsmart the animal in all of us. We’ll talk about tactics you can implement immediately that have worked for other organizations to get things started, and make it fun. Once we have users on a roll, we’ll anticipate our next hurdle - the mid-project doldrums - and you’ll walk away with tangible steps to paint a vision and keep up momentum. Part Research, Part Tactics, All Play!
