About this event

We are repurposing our bi-weekly Technical Knowledge Share (TKS) to bring you a special Salesforce DX Hands-on Workshop.

This workshop is intended for beginner to advanced Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning developers.  Attendees must bring their own laptop and (fair warning!) should be prepared to work with a command prompt.

As a group, we will work through the "App Development with Salesforce DX" Trailhead module.  By the time we're done, participants will have their own Salesforce DX Developer Hub, plus a fully configured local environment including the Salesforce CLI and Git for version control.

As we work through the Trailhead module, Vivek M. Chawla will speak to the group about the vision behind Salesforce DX, what it means for Salesforce Developers, and what's coming down the road with the Apex Debugger and Packaging 2.

Space is limited, so please only RSVP if you're an Apex/Visualforce/Lightning developer who's interested in Salesforce DX and can bring a laptop!
