Salesforce Nonprofit User Group, San Diego, United States
You probably already understand the importance of having customized Salesforce documentation. You need it to on-board new-hires, explain new features, and for everyday referencing since most folks don't have photographic memories.
But even though you know it's important, you probably don't do it as well as you know you should because creating documentation:
1. Takes forever
2. Is difficult to write
3. Is painful to update
Steven will share how it doesn't have to be that way, and the importance of making sure you documentation is up to date.
We also ask that everyone bring examples of his or her own organization documents to share with the group along with his or her own personal lessons.
