LeAndria Streeter is a Public Sector Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce. LeAndria is passionate about Salesforce and has over 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Prior to joining Salesforce, LeAndria worked as an implementation consultant at both Accenture Federal Services then Slalom Consulting, where she contributed to the digital transformations for some of the largest companies in the telecommunications, healthcare, and hospitality industries.

As a conference-planner-turned-Salesforce-administrator, LeAndria is intimately familiar with the journey of embarking on a new career path and enjoys 'paying it forward' by helping others make strides in their career. For 5 years, LeAndria served as a leader of the DC Women in Tech Group and helped cultivate the Women in Tech community through her work with several initiatives within the Trailblazer Community.

LeAndria lives in Washington, DC with her husband and loves being an 'auntie' to her nieces and nephews, planning parties and events, and checking out the DC restaurant scene with friends.

Toya is a Salesforce consultant with over 10 years of experience. She moved to DC in 2016 thanks to the Salesforce community. She is a 4x Salesforce MVP and is a Principal at Slalom Consulting. She made the leap to consulting after 8 years as an admin because she wanted to be challenged and learn something new. She wanted to force herself to be uncomfortable – consulting definitely does that! She’s heavily involved in the Salesforce community: co-leader of Salesforce Women in Tech Diversity, speaker at community conferences & events (World Tours, Southeast Dreamin’, Midwest Dreamin’, India Dreamin’ & Dreamforce so far) and wants to be known for making an impact on the world around her. She especially wants Black women to know that there is a place in the technology ecosystem for them; that they can show up in all of these spaces where people aren’t expecting us to be and thrive!

Emma B-F is a leadership and career coach for women in tech. Her mission is to empower and support women into leadership roles and to own their voice. She is a 3X certified Salesforce consultant and a frequent Salesforce Community speaker.

Charise began using Salesforce in 2006. She has over 10 years of product expertise as a data-savvy consultant, business analyst, and architect helping nonprofits and enterprises optimize ROI and generate social impact. Her volunteer efforts focus on supporting women transitioning careers to Salesforce and tech as well as helping women already in tech thrive.
