Daria Stepanova is a solo Salesforce admin for the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, a grantmaking organization giving money to social scientists researching the interaction between inequality in society and economic growth. Daria has been working remotely and traveling the world since late 2018; since the pandemic began and Equitable Growth went fully remote, she is the self-proclaimed unofficial official 'Remote MC' for the organization. Since March 11, she has hosted over 60 remote team building events and sponsored many others, including a pet talent show, trivia, NATO phonetic alphabet spelling bee, Nerd Nite, and many others. Daria is passionate about bringing people together and creating a sense of connection, especially important in these difficult times.
