This month, we are joined by Charlotte Hailey to catch up on Salesforce Flows. Charlotte is a Program Architect at Salesforce(15x Certified), Dog Mum and an Equality Ally. She will walk us through her top tips for getting more comfortable with Flows She will talk about key terminology used in Flows and explore the possibilities available using Flows.
