Bio:
I, like many, started as an accidental admin at a small community gardening nonprofit. We were saddled with a burdensome Salesforce instance, which we were required to use as part of a grant collaboration. Once that grant was over, my org was ready to cut and run. However, I knew Salesforce could help us clean up and streamline our processes with just a little tweaking. One layout, one report, one program at a time, I began customizing Salesforce to support how we operated as an organization.

Over time, Salesforce went from being a bad word in the office to an invaluable tool that made our jobs easier, allowing us to focus on our mission instead of data collection and management. Working for a small nonprofit, I had to use the tools and resources available for $0.00. So, I learned to code, starting with Visualforce and Apex. Over time, I moved into Lightning Components and custom integrations. Thoroughly enjoying my work in Salesforce, I transitioned into consulting to help other nonprofits get the most out of their Salesforce orgs.

I am now an independent Salesforce consultant and ISV partner. I specialize in custom development, creating custom LWCs, and Experience Cloud solutions. I love building solutions that help simplify program management and engagement solutions for staff and clients. Last year, I released the Flow Tool Kit on the AppExchange. The Flow Tool Kit is a freemium Salesforce form builder solution that leverages the power of Salesforce Flow to build advanced forms and interfaces within Salesforce. I hope to continue providing tools and resources that make it easier for small nonprofits to implement and take advantage of Salesforce.
