2020 was a year of the UNKNOWN. We had all the best intentions to kick off the year strong and instead many of us faced challenges and had to take inventory of what was most important. We, the co-leaders of Pittsburgh, PA Salesforce Women in Tech, are just being real when we say it was a DISASTER. Our goals changed, but we kept looking forward with hope. 

Whether you're back in the office or lucky if you move from your bed to the couch, managing a home office filled with remote school kiddos or keeping the pets from going crazy at the essential delivery workers dropping of your online shopping binges; determined to finally run that marathon or want to eat through all flavors of Oakmont Bakery's donut offerings - we see you, hear you, and are with you. 

A new year is on the horizon! We don't know for sure what 2021 holds, but we are seeing it as an opportunity to regroup and start to bounce back. January is historically a time to look back on what we have accomplished, recognize what set us back, be real about the present, and set some goals based on what is important to you personally and professionally.
